Stuart is our Front of House Manager who has a wealth of experience having worked in the restaurant industry for many years. Stuart and his team will ensure that you and your guests are well looked after during your visit to Caviars.
Matt has worked in Fine Dining restaurants throughout his career and was recently part of a kitchen brigade that was awarded 2 AA Rosettes and held them for two years. He is excited about leading the kitchen brigade at Caviars and wants to continue to grow its excellent reputation and add his flair and expertise to the menus and achieve more recognition for its excellent food.
