Stuart Johnson  - Front of House Manager

We welceome on board Stuart Johnson our new Front Of House Manager who joined us last month ( April 2017 ) and brings with him a wealth of experience in the Restaurant Industry.
Stuart and his team will ensure that you and your guests are well looked after during your visit to Caviars.

Billy Frost - Executive Head Chef

Billy is a young, ambitious and creative chef with over 8 years experience. Billy completed his classical French training at The Ritz in London, and then went to work in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the UK. He has competed in many cooking competitions around the UK and in 2010 he won 1st place in the UK Escoffier grand final and also was seen on Masterchef The Professionals 2014 on BBC2.

Billy's food has a unique style, flavour and creative flair for presentation, which has helped him gain entry into The Good Food Guide 2013 and 2014, Alistair Sawday's Guide and mentioned in the Michelin Guide while working at the White Swan at Blyth.

Matt Oates - Sous Chef

Matt has worked in Fine Dining restaurants throughout his career and was recently part of a team that was awarded 2 Rosettes and held them for 2 years at Sous Chef Level. He is now excited about his new challenge at Caviars and wants to continue to grow its excellent reputation and add his flair and expertise to the menus and help Caviars achieve more recognition for its excellent food.
