Matt Oates - Head Chef
Matt has worked in Fine Dining restaurants throughout his career and was recently part of a team that was awarded 2 Rosettes and held them for 2 years at Sous Chef Level. He is now excited about his new challenge at Caviars and wants to continue to grow its excellent reputation and add his flair and expertise to the menus and help Caviars achieve more recognition for its excellent food.
